Staff was great it was clean in there and wasn’t too crowded. The 24/7 instead of the 24/5 was amazing. Definitely had a great workout in there.

I really like the community
I like the variety of machines available but I love how friendly all the associates are when coming in and leaving.
It was my first time coming into a gym after about 4 years and Erika, the personal trainer, was very patient in teaching me how to use the machines properly and the importance of setting a steady pace. She also helped and informed me the benefits of the red light machine
