The facilities are clean and well managed. The staff is always helpful and polite. The members are most often courteous, with the occasional member viewing his/her phone for an extended period of time while sitting on an apparatus.

I will rarely use your gym, because it is in Forney. I was in there as I encouraged my brother and dad to sign up. I wish I was closer - I have been in 8-10 Planet Fitness locations and you guys are hands down the best equipped one I have been in. Well done guys. The only "issue" I could see if spacing. I am sure it gets crazy crowded in peak hours and nobody wants to workout on top of 2 other people. Just a minor thing.
