It was good. I wish it was 24/7 here and stopped showing so many news channels, but those are really my only complaints.

The staffs are really nice, especially this young lady who's always there 6 am everyday. I forgot her name, sorry. She's always friendly, and so hard-working. She's always cleaning whenever she's not at the front desk. It truly is inspiring to see someone that dedicated.
It's hard to keep a gym clean, but I think this location is always relatively clean, and the staffs work hard to keep it so.
The only thing I don't really like is the music - it's awful. I know the staffs can't control this so it has nothing to do with them. It's just truly terrible music. Sometimes it's played too loud also, which I don't understand what the point is. Everyone, and I mean every single person in the gym, is on their earphones/headphones, including me. I'd like to keep my hearing intact by not having to turn my earphones volume up, if the awful music in the gym is so loud.

My husband and I have really enjoyed our Planet Fitness experience so far! We like the variety in equipment, the staff are always very welcoming, and it's a great proximity to where we live.
Our only complaint is the amount of time certain equipment takes to be repaired—the stair step machines, for example. They have been out of commission for several weeks. Several ellipticals need the internal battery replaced, so they do not fully function.

I love this planet fitness location. The staff are friendly and nice, the facilities are always clean. I really wish the staff were able to clean the tanning rooms in between each use as they do at South Ogden planet fitness. I spend a lot of time cleaning the beds before use because I don’t trust the person before me did an adequate job, and I’ve realized that the south Ogden staff saves me from having to do that. Just a simple recommendation that I think would benefit black card members in Layton!

I didn't feel intimidated. The staff were friendly. I really did not feel judged. People seemed to be focused on their workouts.

The floor space. Machines are set up great allowing a lot of floor space. Dislike going to crowded gyms then on top of that the people crowd, so having the spacious room is a major plus.
