Great staff, great facility. Would like the option to increase massage chair and hydro bed times from 10m to 15-20. At 10 it just starts getting relaxing. Great experience overall though.
We love this location, people are pretty friendly, and the hours are great! I would love to see the club get a hip-thrust machine. The smith machines fill up fast and it would be a great addition to help free up some of the smith machines for other exercises.

Customer Service! They reached out to call me over review that I actually did not leave. but the willingness that he had to make things right when he thought there was an issue was just amazing. In the past when I had gone to this planet fitness the atmosphere was not that great but the last time I was there, everyone was really friendly and you can tell the environment has improved.

I love that the gym is clean, equipment is great quality, there is a ton of variety, and the staff is friendly. I love the 30-minute circuit option.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Gym is clean. I don't know why the electronic way to reserve Black Card area is not working properly after many months.

Nice and friendly staff and a convenient location
I love Frisco planet. Moving from IL to TX was a big change but planet fitness remained the same. The Frisco location is so clean and the staff has been friendly and helpful from the jump. I feel safe and comfortable working out at this location. Truly it’s so clean. Couldn’t be happier.

When you walk in the door, you realize how much larger it is and more accommodating, and the second I walked in I was greeted which I appreciate happy to make the change

Good assortment of aerobic machines and weight machines that work with my petite body. I love the hydromassage chairs and the red-light room.
