Nice and friendly staff and a convenient location
I love Frisco planet. Moving from IL to TX was a big change but planet fitness remained the same. The Frisco location is so clean and the staff has been friendly and helpful from the jump. I feel safe and comfortable working out at this location. Truly it’s so clean. Couldn’t be happier.

When you walk in the door, you realize how much larger it is and more accommodating, and the second I walked in I was greeted which I appreciate happy to make the change

Good assortment of aerobic machines and weight machines that work with my petite body. I love the hydromassage chairs and the red-light room.
Inside the gym is always cleaned, and the staff are so friendly, encouraging, and engaging with customers' well being.

Awesome staff especially at the IRVING location. Emily and bre are top notch great customer service very polite and attentive to there members. The management team are on top of the jobs and keep things running smoothly.
Price and location.
The amount of equipment, studio rooms is perfect. Usually don’t get greeted like Preston location. Need more wipes or paper towel dispensers. And omg the turf is amazing and helpful!
Love it. Would be nice to have a trash can in the tannning rooms for paper towels, and a small table or shelf to put stuff on.

Planet fitness is great, I get to go and be able to work out and actually enjoy doing it. And I don’t feel pressured or judged. It’s overall the best gym!

Clean and quiet
This location has a really solid staff that interface with the customers. There's almost always someone present at the front desk to address any questions or concerns.

Clean easy access not supe busy
The staff is super friendly! The gym is always well maintained and hardly have any issues with machines, and if one is broken it gets fixed pretty quickly.Lune specifically is an outstanding employee and always makes me feel welcomed!
