Friendly staff. Clean equipment
I like that Planet Fitness is open 24/7 so that I am able to work out on my schedule. The location is convenient. The staff is friendly and the check-in is simple. I only wish that it had a running track or pool at some locations. Then, it would be great!

My experience has been great over the years. Even though, management has changed, equipment and facility are being kept to standard. Sometimes, there is a lot of staff members behind the desk when they could be out on the floor cleaning or checking equipment.

I occasionally find myself at the BA facility, and have always felt at home there. Clean facility, helpful staff, friendly people...makes for a great workout!

Great staff. Good management. Fantastic upgraded massage chair/bed area. Drive a few miles extra to come to this location.
The gym is pretty spacious and a majority of the staff are friendly. The changing rooms are also clean.
Planet Fitness has everything you need, plenty of machines and a clean and friendly environment!

The staff were exceptional
The team members! They are awesome! They always greet you when you arrive and they are attentive if you need something. I’ve been to so many different Planet Fitness Gyms from Maryland to Hawaii using the black card and this gym is the best! The really make you feel like “you belong.” 💜
