Ease of use and equipment availability
I like the easy check in system. The app that tells Joe busy the facility is at that time of check-in. I I really appreciate the cleanliness of the health club as well as the towels and cleaning solutions conveniently located near the equipment. I enjoy the friendly staff and how they take any concerns that I might have very serious with any equipment that might not be working properly.
Friendly staff and plenty of access to the equipment I use for my fitness routine.

Jessica, the Assistant Manager is awesome. Her customer service is top notch and she makes me feel like a valued member. She is always on her feet cleaning, arranging, and maintaining the gym, making sure it is as welcoming as possible.

Clean friendly but two complaints 1 no scales to weigh and people not using machines except to sit and play on phones.
The friendly greeting as I check in, to the cleanest of the gym & so much equipment to work out on!
The only thing I noticed the workers behind the counter have to stand, I do not see an issue with providing stools for them to sit on. I don’t understand the reasoning behind this but I do hope you will consider adding stools.

It’s always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful
I was able to do fifteen minutes on the bike. I have been away working out, since I had knees surgery. Keens are stiff. Working out on the bike really helps.
I really love the staff!! Especially the assistant GM Brooklyn. She is always very helpful & makes sure the gym is clean & up to standards!! 1000/10 recommend this gym
