SwimLabs is amazing. My stroke was improved after one session. I've never been more motivated to swim now that I have a proper coach. There are very few consumer experiences that exceed expectations, but SwimLabs is one of them.
The staff of the Littleton-Swim Labs are very good with people they will work with you so you be a better swimmer they will listen to you on what you need to work on.

Our daughter really enjoyed her first class! the teacher was very personable with her.
We had a private with Jason Lezak, and while very expensive, it was well worth it. Our son got a wealth of tips and information from him to practice on.
You're ability to help correct swimmers' stroke through video footage. They can actually see what they're doing and learn how to correct it.

Heather is an excellent coach and my swimming is exponentially better from working with her. I like the warm temperature of the water since I am sensitive to cold. The ability to see myself swim the the mirror and via television is incredibly helpful to understand form and timing issues with my swimming technique. I like being able to compare my form via the video links sent after a session with ideal swimmers. Lastly, the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Comprehensive assessments in a short time. Instructors all have been consistent in the feedback given to swimmers.
Great instruction at a good price. Class size is small (max 4 swimmers), so the swimmers are more engaged with less down time than traditional swim classes. Plus the warm water endless wave pools are a real hit with the smaller students.

1:1 and walked away seeing on the video my weaknesses (and there were a lot them) and a plan to start working on the weaknesses. Without seeing the weakness it's difficult to fix the issues. Continued swimming without the feedback would mean continued strengthening of the problem areas.
