I LOVED having one on one coaching with Susan . It was great to have such an accomplished swimmer help me with my stroke. Having a film of my stroke is such an incredible learning tool that I will refer to constantly. I am a visual learner and being able to see what I need to work on under and above water is invaluable. I will be back!!!

The reservoir is beautiful, well marked, and well located. The staff at the site was also great and the prices are reasonable.
The one thing I would say could use better clarification is whether or not we actually need to select a date for the use of a one time pass. MINDBODY is often a confusing website but it seems especially confusing when trying to use it for Swimlabs.

The videotaping and instant visual feedback on how to improve. A lot of learners are visual and can modify what they are doing based on seeing themselves on video.
Like to video and feedback from the instructor. Also like specific drills that were recommended to correct my technique.
