This was the first time I have visited a Swim Labs location. I was very impressed with the the site. The hours are not necessarily ideal for my specific schedule but its great to know there is an open water swim so close to my home. The only complaint I would have is that the directional buoys seemed to be out of place a little but overall I definitely plan on visiting again.

I like the training so far. I like it that the trainer has been able to keep my daughter focused on her training and that he was patient. I also like the monitors on the wall that will later allow for improving my daughter's swimming practice.
Our instructor Dan was great. He got our boys to listen and kick, float and blow bubbles in the water within a few minutes of working with him on the first session. We had been trying to do the same thing with them in the water for months without success.
Great service for someone practicing a triathalon. Some information was a little hard to get, either the front office at the store did not know answers to some questions or not all of it was available online. Once you've been there for the first time though it's a smooth process and a nice set up.

I like that SwimLab has a much smaller facility than most of the swim schools in the area. It seems very organized, no large crowds and an overall pleasant experience.

Small classes. Positive instructors every time! Smaller than big pools at rec centers. Flexible class times and days for all levels. Stable staff.

Small group size, experienced instructors
The unique view from the cameras underwater is so helpful. My daughter is a very visual person, and it helps her so much to see what she is doing and how to fix it. Everyone there is super helpful and friendly too. We also Love Kara Lynn. She is a jewel as person and a great coach!
