Abby was extremely helpful and kind. Wasn't annoyed with my several questions. She was knowledgeable and professional. I was able to schedule both my daughter's one after another for their classes so we don't have to come back on different days. Classes are small which I really liked.
All the instructors are warm , friendly and genuinely fond of the students and that shows in the love and excitement reciprocated by these kids too ..
The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Being able to see what your swimmer is doing underwater and getting feedback immediately is amazing.

Wonderful staff!
We love the instructors! They've done such a great job with our girls. I sometimes worry in group lessons that the person at the lowest ability will hold everyone else up, but the instructors do an amazing job with each student and working on their needs. Maia has improved leaps and bounds in a short amount of time with Kayla! She wants to go swimming all the time and show me how she does it by herself! When we had a problem with one of the instructors, Jill helped rectify the situation quickly and made sure we were happy with our new instructor. First name removed of course loved Heather and will miss swimming with her. She was so excited when Kayla asked if she could work with her when First name removed didn't have school - that for the first time in 3 years (!!!!), First name removed wants to swim with someone else. It makes me so happy as a parent, to see improvement in both girls' ability and comfort level in the water! We have loved all things about SwimLabs!
Coach Karl had a great demeanor. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable.

The instructors are amazing! My 7 year old daughter has had lessons with 3 different instructors and she has liked them all. Aunyx is particularly outstanding with Blake also being a favorite. As a matter of fact, her lessons have to alternate between Aunyx and Blake so that she doesn't have to choose.

It was very efficient and my instructor was able to point out specific issues with my stroke and ways to fix it. I also appreciated that he related to open water swimming!

I have seen great progress in my daughter's swimming since she started at SwimLabs - friendly environment, great teachers, couldn't ask for a better place to learn to swim.
I love the small class sizes and the fact that each lesson is tailored to each of my children's current abilities. I also love the flexible lesson times - that they were able to accommodate all three of my children in one time slot.

Matt was extremely thorough with his instruction. The feedback was very detailed. My son was immediately able to put it into practice. He does feel like it's helped his form.
You guys are awesome! All the teachers are fantastic and really have helped my kids learn to swim, from when they were babies just learning to backfloat to my young elementary school aged son, starting the competitive swim team. All you need is to double the number of pools, so there are more lesson times available outside of school hours.
Staff is friendly, coaches are fantastic and really know what they are doing.
