Friendly staff, cozy waiting room
The front desk is very friendly. They try really hard to make our schedule work. Our Instructor, Jenny, is amazing. She is very patient and has fun games to teach little ones how to swim.

Kim at the front desk is a pleasure to work with, she makes you feel welcomed and she is always so helpful. My kids love the swim coaches and I have seen some really good improvements. Unfortunately I don’t remember the names of the coaches but they teach the 9:30 beginner 2 and intermediate 2 class on Saturday. They are both great at teaching the kids and also keeping the lessons fun. My girls love going to SwimLab.

Loved the small pools, warmth of the pool area, parent viewing area, and TVs to watch lessons, as well. Instructors seemed really nice and good with the kids.

Personal, one-on-one instruction.
I liked how Emily was able to break down the freestyle stroke into various steps of increasing difficulty, working up gradually to the final technique at the end of my lesson. I feel a lot more comfortable practicing the technique on my own, and look forward to my next lesson to get more feedback and tips.
Coach JC is AMAZING and very helpful! It was really easy for my son to understand his instructions and very thorough on correct swimming techniques.
