The staff are always nice and friendly. It’s always very clean. Online check-in is helpful; although the app needs to work for Canada too. The MVP is great. It’s a nice added touch. Massage chairs with shiatsu style (rolling massagers would be awesome) along with heated chairs. Consider adding straight razor beard shaves (with the steam towel MVP this would be awesome. Also consider adding manicures/pedicures. Overall I think there’s good value for money in the service provided.
