Great service the girl who cut my hair was knowledgeable and very courteous. I would recommend this to all my friends. only problem I have is the price is a little steep. But all in all it was a good experience and a great cut.

- You track the ‘quirks’ of my hair, and your staff always read the notes without me needing to even say anything
- Your staff are friendly
- my haircut is consistently good despite the fact I get someone different most times (I used to be concerned that this would be a problem, but it has never been a problem)
- the wait is not long (usually)
- and my favourite part - the MVP
- I have not yet tried your products (although they look solid)
- i’m not a sports fan, but I enjoy watching the bloopers and clips.

Its a great relaxing time . You have to get a haircut anyways ,so for a few bucks more it can be that much more . The staff are always friendly and the products smell good .

I just like the system you have in place for remembering how a person likes having their haircut. Most of the stylists remember who you are by sight so it’s adds a personal touch. I also like the fact that on the up selling which I totally understand is not hard up selling, once you say no it’s no, they don’t keep trying to push you into things or into buying product. The only major change I would love to see is as this place caters to men, you really need to look into adding straight razor service. There is no better feeling then having a straight razor shave on the back of the neck using warm shaving cream. I’d love to see this happen
