I find the electronic sign in, booking, and payment a bit of a pain.

This was my first time at the Northfield location, I’ve always gone to the Boardwalk location before. I checked online on a Sunday at 10:30 AM and the Boardwalk location was a 40+ minute wait for each stylist and Northfield said 0 minute wait for everyone - I had a feeling this wouldn’t be accurate but went anyway. They said most of us came around he same time but may be a bug in timing as all we’re 0 minutes. They were however very friendly right from when I came in. The stylist took more time than usual to ensure she understood how I wanted my hair (as it was saved on my account but wanted to be sure it hasn’t changed). My stylist, Kenzie, was very friendly, though fairly quiet, and did a great job. I always get a MVP at the end, and opted for the double promo - as it was my first time, she actually gave both MVP’s for free! I also really enjoyed the reclining seat, much more comfortable than the other location.

Staff is very friendly and competent, and the facility is very clean. They’re also very good with young children. Only advice I could provide is check in early as they get pretty busy.

I would highly recommend sports clip to any one in the community. The only negative thing was the wait time, we waited over 1 hour for a haircut.

It was quick and the haircut was good quality for what they wanted.

The atmosphere is really neat and makes getting a haircut that much better. I love the massage.... I wouldn't ever get one otherwise. Hot towel treatment was awesome too.
