Products are great and seem to perform as promised. Up until COVID your Customer Service was flawless. My last two re-orders were stressful because of shipment delays. You have been attentive and attempted to mitigate my running out of product, but my dog is medically-challenged and I worry when anything changes in her diet! As a regular customer, if you could advise me routinely of expected shipping delays, I can re-order with a longer lead time. Thank you.

We used Platinum Performance for years with our yellow lab mix, who sadly passed away recently. It was originally recommended by our vet to help him out with a dry coat. Our vet mentioned she used a similar product with her horses and had researched your company and product thoroughly. We found that not only did it help our dog's coat it really was crucial in his well being as he got older. He was 13 1/2 when he passed and we were still able to walk a couple of miles a day until near the end. I attribute a lot of that to Platinum Performance. If we had a gap in when we would give it to him (poor reorder planning, Covid delays, etc), within a few days he noticeable joint stiffness and discomfort. I recommend it to every dog owner I know. Your customer service people are also great to deal with, too.
I like the fact that the product is created from a veterinarian. My horse has no problem eating it with his grain. Every one I know that uses Platinum has only good things to say. I feed the CJ for joints. Great product in my opinion
