I love the products. I have become quite irritated with the shipping subscription for hoof support though - I have called to fix it, emailed to fix it, and still it has not arrived. I checked my account and it wasn’t even set to process until February 28!! And I ordered it months ago. So this is the frustrating part, and it’s driving me around the bend. But the products are amazing.

Platinum was recommended by my veterinarian, Anne Schwartz, 10 years ago for my Premarin rescue mare, Della. Della is 28 years old now and no one believes that she is that age and that she seems so healthy. I give her Platinum CJ and Platinum Balance. I am amused that she is getting the same product as the race horses but I am sure that Platinum has truly increased her life and her happiness. This year I convinced my friends to use Platinum with our three Icelandic guys - Tryggur, my Icelandic -also started Platinum Skin and Allergy last spring and last summer was his clearest and least "itchy". I use the ortho -chon plus (just started), to hopefully help keep repairing my knee that I had surgery on for a torn meniscus. I guess its not healing well because I have arthritis in there. It aches all the time & keeps me up at night. Swollen a lot. I think this supplement is helping.
I like the canine formula for my hounds. It keeps them in good shape with shiny coats while they are hunting hard.

Ease of use and quality ingredients
Easy to add to my home made recipe and my cats love it! Their coats are gorgeous and they have (sometimes unfortunately) crazy energy, I'm really happy to be able to give them the added boost for their health and well being.

They work. Due to an intestinal issue with our Lab, we had to take him OFF Platinum for about 3 weeks, while he got better. The difference in his mobility was OBVIOUS and dreadful. We couldn’t wait for him to get better and get back on the Platinum.

It's just it keeps getting more expensive.
And shipping time is taking longer. When we first started, it came out of CA. Now it appears to come from back east?
We may have to drop to 1 scoop a day, instead of 2 for 2 horses? Vet will be here 2/10.
