They are reliable, they are cost effective, and they simply work.
We have a 12+ year old yellow lab with titanium on both back knees, a bad front shoulder and severe arthritis on his spine betreen his shoulders, he responds well to Platinum Plus. No one has coliced since being on your product. It has been about two years. Before that I had at least one colic a year. Also my horse with arthritis has not taken a lame step since being on it. I have also recommended to others.

Shipping on the other hand...even before COVID - which I aware has been unnecessarily crippling to your business - needs to improve dramatically. Being on the East Coast, I was often told the difficulty distance related and when MD opened things would be much more timely. So far I have not had the experience of more timely service from the facility in MD.

It made a world of difference in my Lab. After a day of play, she could hardly walk and getting up or laying down looked very painful. I started her on Platinum Profirmance CJ and haven’t had any problems since and it’s been more then 12 years.

I really love the customer service. Always prompt and courteous. As for the product itself, I have used on every horse I have owned the past 20 years with the same consistent results of beautiful hair coat, mane and tail growth, hoof health and general body condition. I would like to know if there is a suggested feeding method for a more finicky eater. The horse I just bought seems to be more particular about his feed and I am struggling a bit to get him to finish the grain with the platinum powder as he doesn't get that much grain. Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

My horse is doing so well on Platform Performance GI and Platinum Steady. He has been on PPGI for a long time. He developed headshaking last summer and is completely free of symptoms since he started on Steady.
I do love the product and see a difference in my horse, but the price is extremely high.
