What I don't like is the FedEx man leaves my delivery in the MIDDLE of my driveway. I have reported this to them twice now, but the driver continues to drop everything-rain or shine-and leaves.

My 21-year old Dutch Warmblood was retired 10 years ago with a suspensory injury, and I had believed he was relegated to a walk-trot regimen for the foreseeable future. I put him on Platinum Performance as a four-year-old when I bought him then switched to Platinum Performance CJ about a year ago. His willingness under saddle is noticeable, and we now include short segments of canter in our exercise program. I believe his joint health has contributed to his work ethic.

I love that your products are freshly made, the base is ground flax seed and that there is an expiration date. The horses love the taste.
Additionally, this last month due to COVID the auto ship was late and I ran out of the Wellness and Performance formula. I kept checking and my shipment kept saying "in process" for a week so I sent an email as I am feeding a rescue and I believe that these vitamins are crucial to her getting back to good health.
Heather responded immediately AND this was way after business hours letting me know what was going on. She also looked at other sizes and formulas to see if she could ship something sooner (all were about the same date). When my shipment came, it had been changed to overnight which I really appreciated.
