The past few times we’ve gone the wing sauce on the wings is cold! It doesn’t make for a great hot wing experience.
This past time they coated in the wrong sauce and corrected it, but both were cold.
I enjoy the lunch at NorthLake East Coast Wings.Its fast, and economical, and the food is fantastic.

The waitress at the counter is always so cheerful and kind. She was definitely a bright spot in my day. The wings were good but a bit dry, there wasn't enough sauce on the wings.
I love East Coast wings. The food is delicious. I visit them twice a week. The environment is welcomeing I also love the points. Going today when i get off from work to get my Dinner.

We love the food at East Coast wings, and the staff has been very friendly!
Ordered 3 sets of wings. The boneless order was fine but the other 2 were supposed to be 8 count bone-in and I received boneless. They were supposed to be for my boyfriend but he doesn't like "chicken nuggets" so he didn't eat them. I don't like the flavor he got so it ended up being a waste. By the time it was brought home and we realized the mistake we didn't feel like going back out to get it fixed/a refund.
The food was great as always.
The fact that my entire order was wrong and I had to make a second trip back just to get the food I ordered was the only bad part.
While I waited for my food and Jeremiah was a delight to encounter. My chicken tenders weren't as fresh as I anticipated, I had to have my fries remade, my husbands chicken sandwich was not fresh neither was his tater tots. As for the rest of the meal, everything was up to par. I would like a $25 gift card to try this over again as I love East Coast Wings!

Better consistency in the quality of the food products. The recent trend has been a greater variability in amount of sauce on and temperature of wings, and freshness of side items (e.g., tots, onion rings, fries).
Always get great service and you guys keep a clean restaurant.
