The food is always good and the service is usually good. The food didn’t take as long as I was afraid it would, for a late afternoon on Black Friday near an outlet mall! I was sad that they only give out a few skinny stalks of celery in a little baggie, but I suspect that’s standard for this chain.

My food was ready and sitting on the counter ready for pickup, the girl who was in the lobby asks me the name and instead of checking the counter to see if it was my order she tells me she will go get somebody else which was dumb and frustrating because why is she employed if she can’t check a counter in front of her for peoples orders. But what made it frustrating is the girl that came ended up taking like 5 minutes to come to the front so by the time i got to my food it was cold. I just feel like i understsnd there are certain people that work in certain areas but if someone cant simply check an order snd give it to a customer why are they there

Wings were old and fries were cold
I always order extra crispy wings, and again, they were not extra crispy. Or even regular crispy, really. And one batch (I ordered 15 in 3 sauces) was like eating a rubber chicken - those toy ones - the taste and texture were disconcerting.
The chips were great - all crisp like I prefer, and the ranch dip at ECW is consistently my fave, hands-down.
The wings were void of sauce with the exception of what was in the bottom of the to go box. The mac and cheese was completely inedible - cold, dry and tasteless.
The food and the service are both always good. Love the cookie skillet!!

I always enjoy Eastcoast Wings when Deanna is at the bar. My drink is always made correctly, my food order is always correct, and fresh. She always so very pleasant and nice. I'll always come on the days the Deanna is working.

Absolutely loved my experience at East Coast Wings! Nearly everything was on point, but what really stood out was my server, Laura. She was truly amazing—attentive, friendly, and made the entire visit enjoyable. 10/10 would definitely recommend! I can't wait to go back!

I ordered buffalo chicken wrap with floppy chips extra seasoning. I sat down and in less than 5 minutes had my order. Faster than fast food.
