Food was very good, waitress was excellent
Service sucked. Heat scale very inconsistent never the same. Staff turnover terrible.
My carryout order was totally wrong and pretty much ruined her 4th of July picnic because there was nothing for my kids to eat since everything was spicy hot.
I understand the AC was out, I understand I was only one person, I understand it was right after the lunch "rush" but the service wasn't good. I only saw 6 customers at most but hardly got any attention. I was sat in one of the closetest booth due to being on crutches and a boot after ankle surgery. I went to East Coast due to my birthday reward, since I knew I had to use it. I understand it wasn't a huge bill being one person and the reward but I shouldn't of had to get up and find any waitress to find mine to get a bill and a to go box almost after 10 mins of waiting. After finishing eating. People eat alone sometimes and in my case my dad was in the hospital due to lung cancer surgery, so I wanted to treat myself. Food was good, no complaint there but the atmosphere and attention I got was horrible. I'd rather go to the High Point East Coast on South Main then go to the New Garden again.
When i placed my to go order, I did not receive the dressings or carrots and celery.
I like the food at East Coast Wings! The Kernersville location needs to improve on cleanliness.

When you do a to go order you also missing something or something is made wrong or burnt
Sometimes we get a lot of sauce on our wings but sometimes you can't even tell you have sauce.

Wings and chips were excellent this visit. We sat at the bar and enjoyed it. Hilary is an excellent bartender and server.

The waitress tiana was the worst waiter ive had in over 20 yrs that i have been going to that location worst service ever i even paid for food she never even brought to my table. I will never visit that location again.

Food is always good. The only recommendation I have is to not use staples to keep bags closed. The can get in the food and while opening the bags, they can cut you.
