The service was great as well as the food.
This is the same survey you have been using for years. How many times should I answer the same way? Your food is always great and a great value. The service varies because of high labor turnover. How about changing the survey to get more specific feedback. Then provide some kind of reward for filling it out? Free drink? Free desert? Discounted products?
Everything was delicious. Our server was awesome.
Chicken was overcooked on outside, hard on inside. Paid for cheese dip…. Did not get any. Chips to salty. Only thing good was the virgin pina colada… just wasn’t enough. Had $5 off coupon girl said no I couldn’t use it. That’s reason I went there in the first place. No use calling to complain because both ladies had attitude bigger than their hair.
Food was good. BUT, our local restaurant is HORRIBLE about "to-go" orders. We ordered a ranch with each item we ordered; but only had 3 in the bag after we got home. Eating wings or chips - RANCH is a must!! Plus, had a order of carrots/celery in our bag that we did NOT request!! Usually, if we order take out from your restaurant, I've learned to check the order before leaving the restaurant. Unfortunately, I've had surgery and couldn't go so my son went and picked it up.

My take out order was incorrect in I received the wrong glaze of chicken wings I ordered. I has ordered 10 Maui and received 2 different types, 1/2 has no glaze. The chicken was significantly dry also. I have a feeling the orders somehow got mixed up....?
Great meal salads were fresh and wings and chips were spot on. Natalie kept the drinks full and service was good. Surprised to see Eagle Rare And Buffalo Trace Bourbons on the bar. Nice addition

Our orders were wrong, our waitress said that management would come and talk with us but they never showed up. It seems like it gets worse each time we come in to eat.

As always, I enjoy eating at this East Coast location. The food is always good.
We ordered the 25 boneless wings and chips. The chips were fantastic, but the wings were hard and dry. Not over cooked. As if they had been made previously and then recooked to warm again.

Great wings. Atmosphere and service are good. Especially enjoy it when I have a reward too.
Food was very good. Staff seemed to be disorganized - we waited about 15 minutes before asking for a server, as no one was apparently assigned to our table. We were fine with it, but recognize that many people would not be. Our server seemed new, but he was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our experience, and perhaps we were there at a bad time, but staff seemed to lack organization.
