Food is always good and great service

First of all, thank you for this opportunity.
My wife and I have been regularly customers for over 6 years dining at least twice a week. We spending around $300-350 per month.
We arrived last Friday at 8:15 PM. We always request a booth and the employees are always accommodating. But this time was different.
The booths on the left side were full but there were open booths on the right but we were denied one of them because they had just been cleaned. Here is the problem, It was the OWNER that denied us. The staff always takes care of us in this situation.
So we left a went to Cross Ties. And spent $45.
The owners name is Britany. She needs a lesson in Customer Service.
FYI I have owned retail and service businesses for over 50 years and I have found it is easier keep a customer than to find a new one .

Worker that brought food out from kitchen was rude and when asked was the order for “x” she was like you will have to ask worker at cashier/bar. Order clearly marked with customer name and that it was paid. All had to do was look and see and customer could have been in way with hot food. Instead took several minutes for cashier to come out just to hand food order to us.
Wrap ordered was half done and much smaller than in past orders. Would not recommend based on this visit
Waitress was extremely nice and checked on us several times during our dining experience. She could not have been nicer. Food was fresh and hot. Can not complain about anything.

Staff is ALWAYS kind!! Sometimes even the Chef comes and says hello or answers a question about a dish.
Went to ECW on Sunday to use my bday bonus , I hadent been in a long time as quality was not good . I got take out & these wings were by far the worst I’ve had . Ordered bone in med wings to bring to nursing home & was extremely dissapointed in them .
Wings were greasy & hardly any sauce on them & a bit over cooked .
You need to re evaluate your store .

Great crowd, service excellent! Food was superb.
We hadn't been to this location in over a year. Edwin explained that there was new management. He was our waiter for our party of 12. He was very attentive and took great care of us. My parents had never been there before and I think they found a new restaurant to put into their rotation.
We went into the bar section of the restaurant after we were exhausted from working at home on a do it yourself project. The food was great as well as the service. We came away with our tummies full and recovered. The bar maid was excellent!
The guy doing the wings, did outstanding, didn't put the wing heat on the wings but there was enough flavor sauce on all our wings. Outstanding service from both the front of the house girls too.
Make sure that the order is not prepared too far ahead. One more than one occasion, we have arrived at the time from the order and the food has clearly been sitting and was not very warm. This is an immediate turnoff as you have to warm the food before eating and that makes it not as desirable. Staff is very good and courteous. The quality of the order is something that could definitely be improved.
