The staff!! Fast service and amazing wings!!!!
I waited about 15 minutes to be served. When the cashier came out, she stated that she was working on a big order. After her explanation, I could understand waiting, however she apologized to everyone else except me for having to wait, and I had been waiting the longest. I was the only minority and when the other customer acknowledged that I had been waiting longer than she had been waiting, the cashier still didn’t say anything to me. Not to mention, we had to ask for assistance.
We never got a refill on our water. Waitress never revisited us after food served. It was not terribly busy that day.
Food is always excellent. Service is good.

We always enjoy a visit to East Coast Wings. We, a long time ago, nailed our wing sauce combination of flavor and heat level, so we always enjoy our wings there. That and an order of Bottomless chips and beer cheese always satisfies. The wait staff at the Hickory location has always been friendly and attentive, and our latest visit was exceptionally pleasant with Gabby as our server. Great place to eat!
I purchased a salad to go and got home and there was mold on my bell peppers. I tried to call and speak to the manager and no one ever picked up. I am very disappointed and thank goodness I saw it before I ate it because I could have gotten sick. Absolutely unacceptable

Great bartender, but building is filthy through out...complete makeover/revamp has needed to have taken place long ago...owners need to make them selves viable and walk around and thank/appreciate their customers, get to know them (especially the regulars) honestly can't believe the place has existed this long, it wouldn't any any other town....Ill say food is good but walking in and first impression anyone would be weary to order due to the lack of care and upkeep...owners are missing the mark and true potential, only sports bar in town and if ran half way better than currently being run could make two and half times what they're making easily...truly a sad waste of potential, most need it for a tax write off
