I placed a to go order at the bar. The bartender was wonderful. She remembered that I like cider, preferably on tap. My order was perfectly done. She reminded me about using my points. She was kind and helpful. Everyone at the bar was enjoying themselves. Although I wasn't there long, I had a positive experience.

Consistency, this place is always up or down. Service, food quality and staffing. I enjoy being able to reply on my expectations. If I cant count on the experience why continue to go there and risk being disappointed.

I was short an extra dressing , the boneless wings tasted burnt and the inside of the restaurant was so Smokey you couldn't sit inside to wait on the food. On a positive note.. the pretzel bites and traditional wings were tasty and the staff was very friendly.

We almost always have Stephanie as our waitress. We are always greeted with friendly smiles. Service is great and the food is awesome. Everyone that works there are friendly .

Part of my order was missing when I got home, I ordered the 25 wing + chips combo and did not have any chips when I got home

I think there needs to be more clarity on the app and where the order is being sent. I had a recent situation where my order was suppose to go to the location in clemmons and it went to peters creek and I live in clemmons it automatically sent the order to the other location. I was not happy neither was my wife

I went to go eat with my family for my birthday the staff was rude and rushed us it was just a bad experience

Well I had bought $30.00 worth of wings 4/15 for my office & I asked the girl(the owners sister) if she was sure I got my points because when I purchased once before I didn't. I went on vacation for a week & went to order some wings & noticed my points were not on from the order. I came in & talked to Lori, she said she would call me back, no phone call. I went in & she said she told the manager & he would call me back. I received a call from I think his name was Adam & he assured me there was a technical problem but he figured it out. I waited a few days still nothing. I went in again & had the young lady take a picture of my account to show it to Adam(I think that was his name). I still have heard nothing nor have I received my points. I talked to a few other people who told me they always have problems getting their points too. The funny thing is I always get notifications "do you want to earn 100 points"?

I love the rewards program; it keeps us coming back.
