Of course the main things I like are delivery and filling the water softener. The delivery guys are always pleasant to me and my dogs. On my last delivery by a substitute for my route, the salt was left outside my house. I called the office and your terrific receptionist had the sub come back at the end of his day to bring the salt in. Clear directions are on my account. Thank you Sarah/Sara, your personality is the epitome of great customer service. Culligan is lucky to have you.
I'd like to add I'm a disabled senior citizen so it's imperative that your services are important to me. I wish a delivery time could be set but I understand how that could vary.
I would highly recommend Culligan, it's just a relief having something I need and don't have to worry about.

We recently had problems with our RO drinking water system running slow and not re-filling properly. It took them 3 visits to find and fix the problem but it was a weird failure that they don't see often. Each time I called in they showed concern and sent someone out right away or the same day. They were very attentive to our service needs. The eventual problem was that the glue from the carbon filter came apart from the filter and would rise to the top of the cartridge and prevent water from re-filling by plugging the intake. That filter had just been changed in Oct. 2023. In the end, the problem was fixed with a new carbon filter. They warrantied the 4 month old filter and even returned some of our original parts, took out new ones they had installed trying to fix the problem, and gave us a credit back. Although, it took a few attempts to repair the problem they were fair and we were happy with their service (and the final bill!)
