We like idea that your service technician took the time to check our water softner controls and even set the time for us. This demonstrates to us that he cares about the quality of his service to us. We know it only takes a minute or two for someone who is familar with the unit to do this, but it is much appreciated by us. Thank You!

The customer service is incredible, Ashley Bjorge is on it! She is quick to respond and gets the ball moving. All my questions are always answered. The techs know their job and are quick for maintenance and if we have a problem!
