Delivery drivers are always courteous and professional. Delivery is prompt and timely. I like the reminder texts and emails with the option to cancel delivery made simple.
I really like drinking our water. As a matter of fact I would rather drink my water than any place. So many restaurants have the dang chlorine in their water. I know that I am save drinking our water thanks to y'all.

We have good water after treatment. We don't use much water so wanted recharge based on usage. The service tech said that what it is set on.

Your customer service is fantastic. Your organization has been extremely responsive to our calls and has gone above and beyond with every encounter. At this time, I'm hoping that the recent adjustments made to our system will improve the quality of our water. No noticeable changes have been detected yet but, I realize it may take time before we notice any improvement.
we know our water is pure and safe to drink for everyone in our household. I use it for making my coffee and my coffee maker doesn't get residue buildup.

I use bottled water for coffee,tea, and my pets will only drink Culligan water! I love not having to haul those heavy bottles ( thanks guys!!) Very cost effective for me and it's one less thing to worry about!! Thanks so much for all the great service!

I have the water softener, and my water has never been better. I also have the smart version of it, and its nice that I can bring it up on my phone to see what my salt level is at, and my water usage. worry free, and the customer service rocks!

A technician came out to check things over and made some changes. It did not fix the problem however, they were back out try something else and it appears to have worked. I really like Culligan's focus on pleasing the customer and their determination to make things right.
