Efficient, comprehensive full-body workout lead by fabulously motivating instructors! <3 Each class is a little different than the last, not dull and repetitive. Both physically and mentally rewarding. What is not to love!?

It really changed my body
I loved the attention to detail: the instructor who I attended my first class with (Ariel) knowing my name, greeting me at the front desk. I was exceptionally impressed that the extra care continued during class, the instructor was constantly making sure that I keep up and helping me when I struggled and even congratulated me at the end of the class! I will definitely be coming back to buy a package and attend more classes!! Thank you for making my first class so memorable!!!
The team is so well trained, energetic and friendly. They really want to see you succeed with your fitness goals. Kim, Karlee, Ariel have all become a huge part of my week. They are great.
I like the classes definitely see a difference since I started. Staff are friendly but I don’t find the other people friendly at all almost slightly weird with an atmosphere. No one says hello or goodbye just find that strange but other than that classes are good.

City Walk is a fabulous studio. I love the set up there. The studios may be a little smaller in size, but when I leave I really feel like I’ve given my all.
As always the enthusiasm and motivation from the instructions is the reason I keep returning.
