Instructors are amazing.They are very passionate about what they are doing.I had a beginner session with Jallila yesterday,Wednesday at 12pm and she never disappoints.My whole body is so sore today after an amazing workout with her.Keep it up!

Clean and neat place. The only thing I didn’t like was the carpet in the rooms that I don’t find hygienic

A physique 57 class is like a fun walk in the park, except the park is on fire, you’re on fire, your thighs are on fire, your arms are on fire, your abs are on fire, and you feel like giving up, but you always love to return for another walk.

Everyone is wonderful and classes effective. I just wish you still had the later Thursday and Saturday class timings - at least a 6pm on Thursday.
