They do exercises that focuses your entire body in an hour, yes it might hurt and be really tiring but the results are great. I recommend this to everyone.

I love all the classes and would come everyday if I had the chance. The instructors and all staff are so friendly and professional, providing a great service. I have been a customer for many years now and have never found another fitness class that keeps me wanting to come back for more! Coming to Physique 57 every week is great for me physically and mentally, especially when I have two young children to chase around after! Thank you!
