The exercises are targeted to all women focus points. The teachers are nice and lively. They even know each client by name even if new. Awesome personal touch. The app to book the sessions works great. My only complaint is that at times classes are too full.
The staff are friendly and super professional. Parking is convenient and free. Studio is clean and doesn't smell like gyms do!
Literally everything except for the air conditioning system. There must be a middle ground between freezing and roasting!
Why dont we try 23 degrees instead of 19 or 21?
