I love the instructors -- Karlee, Maggie and Ariele are fabulous! They keep the exercises interesting and challenging but motivate me to keep going!

The staff is amazing and it would be nice to keep all teachers motivated and happy since they in return do an amazing job working on our minds bodies and souls. Knowing more about their life’s in a blog is a way of getting closer to our teachers and valuing their work life personality
