I love the place itself , big , nice , clean, has everything you may need: lockers, showers , toilets everywhere, the studios are very big , the instructors are our friends, we love them and they do care of all of us , the beutiful ladies on the front desk they are also so helpful and very nice with us.

And if you get a chance to meet the CEO MARYAM , she is amazing and very sweet lady

The instructors are wonderful and energetic pushing you through every muscle burning love/hate moment of this class! Have results like I have never seen before on my body - best biceps of my life and more leg definition! Feminine and awesome!

Location is very good
I would recommend that you add one more shower as classmates usually wait for their turn to ise the shower which is inconvenient.

I would also recommend to add more classes. Especially on Friday

The teacher was excellent. But the carpet needed a bit of cleaning. And I’m surprised the mats aren’t wiped between classes.
