Communications - Proactive call reminding me that the annual termite inspection was approaching followed by a call from the inspector to schedule time. Inspector called and advised that he was on his way. Inspector was pleasant and professional.

The service that I have received from Ricky Lacey for the last 5 plus years, is phenomenal! Ricky goes above and beyond to make sure my home is pest free and I greatly appreciate him. He is the only bug out employee that we request. He’s quick and does a very efficient job! Thank you to Ricky and the bug out team in Fayetteville! I have never had an issue and will continue to be a customer due to the outstanding customer service that I receive from Ricky Lacey!
I like the guy (Davis?) who provides the services and who did so with the company that owned the business before. It's hard to say whether I really like Bug Out. I know I do not like how they tried to force me to be billed via email.
Our technician is amazing, his service is personal and even though he is only here every couple months he is friendly and remembers conversations from before.
Your automated appointment system has an issue though. On the recording is says that the appointment is at 10AM and when we called the office because nobody was here they said it wasn’t true that there is a time on the recording, it just says the day and either in the morning or afternoon. When we brought this up with our technician he said other customers have brought it up as well. There should also be an option to repeat the message instead of it immediately hanging up after rushing through it.
I feel I get a thorough check of my house. The rep that came out very efficient.
Don't worry about pest taking over my house unaware.

While it has only been a few days, so far we are very happy with the decrease in ants around our home. Will update later on it if gets worse. The tech was also very nice, and so was the inspector. Thanks again!
