Bug Out is a friendly and reliable service. You will receive a call prior to site visit. When tech arrives, you asked, is there any problem areas. Tech will explain what will be done and why.
Courteous and professional service techs. Techs are there within the appointment time slot and will call if there might be a delay. My appointment was Monday (Nov. 29th) and the time slot was 2-4PM. My tech called me to inform me that he was early and could be there around 1 o'clock if that was fine with me. It was, and I appreciated his call and that he was able to come early.
Also, I am usually able to get the date and time that is convenient to me.

Fast friendly service! I sent a request in on the website and got a call back within the hour. I had an estimator coming the next day. He called when he was on the way, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. After he left within an hour the scheduler called and I was scheduled the next day for an exterminator to come. He also called when he was on the way. He was also friendly and very knowledgeable. He did what he needed to do and explained to me what he did and what I needed to do with my inside pets to keep them safe. Bug Out is great!!
