We purchased the quarterly plan for ants and rodents because when we bought our house we
had a mouse problem with a couple of ants.
I like it because every quarter they remind us of them coming, or to reschedule if someone's not home. Since they started coming, the mice were completely gone by the 1st quarter, because of their "call back if you still have a problem" policy. We still have a seasonal problem with ants, but living out in country, who doesn't ?
And yes in the two years that we've contracted them, their prices have gone up a couple of times, but we stay with them of the quality of service like brushing the cobwebs off the windows and using pet friendly pesticides, plus having the same person coming to the house (Cody) each time helps us out because he knows where to go without us saying anything and our dog leaves him alone to do his thing.
