Easy going knowledgeable service tech. We talked about which bugs I’ve seen and which course of treatment is best for a busy home with animals thrown in to complete the chaos. I also LOVE that he wipes the cobwebs by the front door before spraying a chemical that stops the webs from sticking. I have been a happy client at this location for over 16 years.

Always courteous and professional. Couple of years ago we had our crawl space closed up with new plastic sheeting laid down and dehumidifier installed. What an improvement in our air quality in the house and moisture levels in crawl space greatly improved as. I believe we have saved on heating and cooling costs as well. Very professional installation at a reasonable cost and we were kept updated on what was being done.
Not long after (last year about this time, I believe) we had a "flying squirrel" problem develop in our 2 storage areas above the garage. Once again, BugOut was able to resolve the issue at a reasonable cost and timeframe. It took a little while to trap the little buggers but I really appreciate the concern for a humane resolution to the flying squirrel problem (humane trapping and relocation). Dennis (I've forgotten last name) was very professional and informative, he went above and beyond to attach screening to the attic vent openings to prevent their re-entry and so far it is holding up well. He also cut overhanging tree branches to keep critters from jumping to the roof. He did an amazing job cleaning up the areas where the critters left droppings, areas I thought would not be usable again. We have not had an issue since then. We have been remiss in not thanking him sooner for the positive resolution to a very messy problem. We truly appreciated his services !
We also have our quarterly pest treatments and annual termite contract with Bugout and have always been professional, on-time and helpful. Thank y'all so much for everything you do.
