Great communication on scheduling. Also, Gary is a great technician.
I was having a facia board replaced on our attached garage and the repairman found the support board was infested with carpenter ants and that needed to be treated before any repairs could be made. Bugout personnel were very responsive to take care of this issue so the repairs could be made in a timely fashion. Ben Webb did a very good job and was very easy to communicate with and he informed me of what he planned to do before doing so. I highly recommend Bugout services to all!
