The termite protection appears to be working just fine and we recently started the "bug spray" around the exterior of our house and my wife feels that is working also. Love Tyler and Matt, the two guys who I've had contact with. For some reason I tend to trust them and because of that I've asked Matt to come talk to me more about the gutter shields. I have questions . Several places out there are offering these things now. Used to be Gutter Helmet, but they either went out of business or changed the name. It might come down to trusting Matt to answer my questions truthfully, and the price of course as to which one we decide on. Getting too old (sucks) to climb a ladder anymore. My wife that is. LOLOLOLOLOLOL !!!!!!!!!!!!

How knowledgeable and friendly staff
I am very pleased with service I receive from our technician Davis Webb. He communicates and
is always there when he indicates he will be there.
However I was unable to be there for the annual inspection, I believe it was done by a Mr Simpson. The same or next day I receive a docusign type request wanting me to approve
several hundred dollars in termite preventive treatments. That may be usual and customary
protocol for BugOut but it is a first for me. I would suggest a call from the inspector to explain
the procedure and why he recommends it prior to the release document.
At any rate I am not interested in that service at this time. I tried to reply to the email docusign and could not and i didn not see any contact info for Mr Simpson unless i missed it.
