There is one thing that I am not happy with your automated phone call appointment system does not give me a time rage that my serviceperson will be at my home. It would be nice to be able to know that they are coming in the morning or afternoon so that I can plan my day accordingly. I do not need to know down to the minute but sometimes. I need inside treatments, and it is difficult to catch the bug person if I am not here.

Anderson is our technician here in Raleigh; he's so nice to work with, professional, consistent, and attends to details so we don't have to (this month, noticing and treating ant colonies around the foundation, not even knowing that we had an ant problem in the house a couple of weeks ago).
