I am so happy with the service… He was incredibly thorough and the problem was almost immediately alleviated. The roaches can be peaceful outside and I can be peaceful inside.:) The inspection of the crawl space and attic were also thorough and informative… I am making my plans accordingly. They are SO friendly and professional and the cost is extremely reasonable.

I was very happy with the associate that you sent to do my yearly inspection.He was very professional and explained everything about the upcoming service to be done. As long as I can continue to work with the smithfield office only I will continue to use Bugout..In the past I had some issues with the Raleigh office and almost changed to a different company BUT i have had a great experience now 2 years with Smithfield and we will continue on with them.
