Terminator is friendly. He asks questions about your property and any concerns you have. They go through your home with you and address every issue you have. You see results immediately. If you have further issues a week or two later you just call them and they will come out and spray again no questions asked. I refer them 100%
Tech listens to my concerns about lawn. Comes back for retreat when necessary. I do think the problem I am having with an invasive grass should have been addressed sooner.
