I had some issues with my lawn over the winter. In 4years, it was the worst it’s ever been! Scott the manager contact me upon my bad review. That in it’s self said something positive about the company’s customer service. He came out and inspected my lawn and came up with a game plan on how to correct the issues. Yuseff (sp?), my tech, treated the lawn as often as needed to correct the problem,(i.e. weeds, fungus). Today my lawn is back to being healthy and green. I realize a lot of the recovery (green, lushness) has to do with it being Spring now, but I am very happy with the caring customer service that I have received. Yuseff, is very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable…I am glad to have him as my lawn tech! 😁

The technician, James Cummings, is very friendly and polite and remembers instructions about my gates due to the fact that I have a dog.
The service is on time (quarterly). When I forgot to unlock the gate, I was able to make another appointment within 2 days to have the service done.
They are polite and very nice to work with us!

I called on a Monday and they came on Tuesday. Dave our tech was awesome. He did a thorough job inside and out and let us know what he found. We also had them measure for gutter guards to stop those pesky birds from building nests. Prices were excellent. Very happy with this company’s services.
