I love your service but have some concerns. I have given my contact number to your agency regarding entry to 5059 summer Beach Blvd, Fernandina Beach, FL. regarding yearly inspections. I am an out of town owner and my managers will be happy to get you inside the house for inspection. I have asked in the past that this be done. Arrow is excellent to work with.
I like the idea that you doing the job. However, I feel you are falling short of your obligations. Dirt dobbers are not being knocked down in several visits. No call ahead notifications. A few of the termite houses were un touched. The camera shows the tech walking right pass them.
