Your service technicians were here as scheduled. Although I did not meet the first person who spoke to my husband, the technician who actually put down the pest control inside and out was really, really nice. We just moved here and I have NEVER had this type of ant problem before...not even close. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Took the time to explain what I might expect living in Georgia and assured me your company would stay at it until the problem was under control. His interpersonal skills were great and we both had a few laughs giving thanks the little buggers aren't German roaches. I appreciated his thoroughness. You should know he represented your company very well and gave me confidence in hm and you. I can be a harsh judge so know this is not what we in HR call a "Cinderella Review". It was well earned.

The sales lady was friendly and knowledgeable. The technician who came to my home listened to my concerns and came up with a treatment plan. Although my concern was just about seeing a few bugs here and there, I'm sure that after his treatment, that will be a thing of the past.

The technician is excellent. He listens to all my concerns and explains where we are at or takes charge of the situation.
However, on the billing side I am neither getting a bill nor receiving an acknowledgement of payment. Currently my routine monthly is to verify and pay.
Bug Out has a great call center with highly efficient and responsive reps. The well-trained techs who make their rounds are friendly and caring. They perform their job well and inform the customer through personal contact, door tags and signs.
