We are very impressed with your associates' professionalism, courtesy and superb knowledge of their business! We would like to make special mention of John who made a trip to our home to evaluate our yard and make recommendations of what he thought would best suit our needs. He wasn't pushy (as some of your competitors are) and his knowledge and expertise made us feel very comfortable in choosing Arrow! We also want to say that Danny was our "bug technician" and he was awesome and very thorough! He listened to our concerns and was very knowledgeable in how to treat our ant problem. As he inspected the outside of our home he found wasp nests and also a mud nest that was totally blocking our dryer vent! We are so thankful he found and removed that! We are confident that we chose the right company. Thanks so much!

Don't like: Every time one of your agents completes his/her report that note that they eliminated wasp nests and spider webs. I check constantly for wasp nests and occasionally I find one in the outside lights on the garage or in the ceiling next to the front door. I've been here for 19 years and have never seen a spider web anywhere. I think they make that comment to make it look like they did something when they never have. They do an outstanding job of spraying on the exterior of the home.

They do an excellent job. We have little or no trouble with bugs. Darren in professional and thorough and very nice. The service is priced a little too high. At my other house I pay substantially less.
