We have so pleased with all of our Bug Out services over the past 3 years that we recommended them to our neighbors. We didn't know it at the time but Bug Out has a circle of friends reference program so after a few months they sent us a $50 gift card. They provide great service and their technicians are very knowledgeable. We will continue to recommend Bug Out to our friends and neighbors.
Just too early to comment. Been having trouble with weeds popping up. Tec tells me its the
person who cuts my lawn fault. He is during a good job at this present time have not notice any weeds popping up. So I hope he continues to take care of my lawn in keeping the weeds out.
The technician was polite and respectful of my property. He showed up on time and thoroughly completed his job.

Always pre call and are very punctual…and no bugs in the house!
I like that all the spraying is done outside the house but it keeps us bug free inside for 3 months. Also, the tech listens to any concerns I have and tries to manage it (this visit we’ve had a build up of bees outside and he dealt with it. Bees are noticeably less now).

I like that I have the same technician, Joshua Hardee, each month servicing my lawn and shrubs. He is always personable and willingly offers his advice to improve my outcomes in maintaining my yard and plantings. His experience and knowledge are very much appreciated!

Scheduling an appointment was easy. Rep showed up @ house right on schedule and was very informative about what we needed. Rep scheduled work crew to come in and install some anti-termite ports around our house and this was done within 2-3 hours the same day. We were very happy with the experience--keep up the good work.
