The technician assigned to handle the assessment and treatment of the problem with specific insects completed the task in a professional manner. The latest problem with specific insects had a technician assigned which contacted me prior to arriving for the assessment and treatment of the property. The technician asked how and where the problem areas were on the property for him to understand what and where to look for the assessment and treatment of the property.
The management team handled the collection of the information about the insect problem for the property. They assigned the proper technician to perform the assessment and treatment of the insect problem.
The administrative support team handled the payment for services and sent the reports of the assessment and treatment of the problem from the technician to the proper people by email.
