I’m extremely grateful for your kind and accommodating tech, Tony Stobbe. I raise monarch caterpillars in my backyard patio so spraying anything in my yard can be very dangerous for them. He was very accommodating and worked with me on his arrival time because I needed to move them inside and wasn’t going to be ready for him to spray. When he did arrive he took a min to help me catch a rogue butterfly that was on the ceiling of my enclosure. These are things he did not have to do but made a world of difference for me and my butterflies. I cannot tell you enough about what a wonderful asset Tony is to your company. Hands down best customer service and extremely professional and kind. Give that man a raise, he’s elevating your business and it’s name. Thanks again, Tony.

My tech, John is amazing. Very friendly and doesn’t mind me following him around talking. My husband says I talk too much but I just like to get to know people. I’ve caught a couple bugs before and had John identify them… then kill them. Ha 😁. Only the bad bugs.
That’s another thing, he has educated me on different types of bugs. I leave the good ones along. Tiny spiders and mud daubers. I was scared at 1st..wasps..but John has gotten me so fascinated in them that I watch from nest building to hatching. I’m not scared anymore. I think that’s great. I think all companies should have their techs be friendly and educational. Point out a bug, explain what it is and their function,.. good or bad. Oh yeah…AND John educated me on the importance of cutting back my bushes from touching the house. That’s how the ants were getting in. Not anymore. I don’t know any of the other bug out guys/gals but if they are anything like John, you have 1 heck of a company.
