Now that Yanif is back as technician everything is running smoothly. He notifies me in advance of when he’s going to be here, asks if there’s anything that needs extra attention, gives me verbal report prior to leaving property, either in person or by phone, plus submits written report for my review. He always leaves door hanger letting me know he was here if I’m not at home, knocks on door when he arrives to let me know he’s on the premises, plus leaves a reminder sign in yard so I know when it’s safe for my dog to be on the grass. He’s always pleasant, informative and thorough.

Honestly, James (Larry) is great. It is like dealing with a brother that I trust. He is honest and trustworthy. I have full confidence when he is here even if I'm not. I trust that he is on time, respectful of my family (including my dog) whether I'm here or not.
We used Bug Out for bed bug service and everything went great. Ron (representative who did the inspection) was wonderful. He was very nice, helpful and professional. Tony along with another gentlemen who did the service was also very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend Bug Out.
